DEJA VIEWS FROM 1991 TO 2008

The reason why communism was such a valuable and favorable system in history is because it was competitive. When the communist system collapsed, it overworked and rewrote the rules of the game. The reason why socialism is still alive today and such a profound problem or such an intrusive and imprisoning political idea is because it is still competitive. As long as these cooperative economic systems are competitive, they will always be a threat to basic principles and the substance of freedom. Our problem is not with the system as a whole; our problem is the jaundice of the brain which we describe as a very paranoid and delusional human creature that has lost total control and total grasp of their reality. They are now violent and intrusive to the lives of others regardless of how vehemently others are fighting them and resisting them.

To say this is a happy creature is an understatement. Human creatures that are either happy or not happy would not rummage through the lives of others or terrorize them while clinging onto some vile self defense torment for the devil. It is a breed of K-9 hounds whose hunt is merely to scavenge or rummage through our lives then seek media attention by turning around and telling us “how bad we need it” or “we need it bad.”

Even worse, this creature of rotten splendor has taken this fraud and scam to a tantamount and paramount level by reproducing on line a psychological upbringing for the next generation who will be spouting the same words and way of living. They hope that by using the internet and other media channels, they can reproduce quicker and more reach a wider audience while silencing any other opposition which we graciously witness as “online bullying” and “banning.”

In order to understand what is going on you have to put it into context and also walk in through their life. The above quotes are from the Robert Ludlum trilogy about Jason Bourne and it has a lot of parallel to real events transpiring in the lives of others. In this case, you have a guy and a girl who have been together since 1989 and in 1998 he finally finished college and was excited, along with her, about their new life and the completion of what was supposed to be their fulfillment in life. Like the 9-11 widows, those plans were altered by no fault of their own and a cover up was blanketed on the entire situation which left for dead and almost crippled by a three year federal prison term on trumped up charges which were never disclosed as a “terrorist hit.”

This alien lout refuses to tell the full story and place the context of the events or how it slandered and discredited the two people fighting for their life dreams. They do not give you a chance to reply, complain, call for help, or identify them. You cannot shoot back and all you can do is get hit by their bullets and while it strikes you down. Then they turn around and make media friendly statements such as, “proper use of the Patriot Act” or “the enemy is on the run” or “we are winning” or “friendly fire.” It is a nightmare and an ordeal to be a victim of this jackass homicidal criminal insanity.

When you cannot complain or identify them, the exact words were “making a threat” after efforts were made to contact the Pentagon and notify them of the ensuing attacks. They were forcibly moving in a manner to suggest they seized or were trying to seize power illegitimately. You have injuries and problems everywhere and do not know where to start or begin. Thus, the celebration turned into an ordeal where nobody was happy and a girl had to do whatever she could while her lifelong partner was fighting for his life and a chance to live. These attacks never subsided even under a Republican administration and this only links the monolithic conspiracy to what both of them saw and witnessed as they held absolute silence and never before seen secrecy to uncouth a diabolic plot to steal the next 200 plus years of political real estate.

While you are under vicious attack and in the heat of battle, you do not exchange pleasant words, feelings, or actions to an enemy who refuses to cease. This is an enemy who came to us and thus, she used her resources to go to them while her life partner had to figure out what was going on and how they would negotiate the near murder and block on their life dreams. If that does not make you mad and make you wish terrorists and corrupt politicians pained, then there is nothing which will. You wake up one morning and there is an ultimatum which says, “Either you fix the liberal, left wing, and communist system; or we murder you and marry off your partner to rich and powerful men who will imprison her for the rest of her life.” Is it fair? No. Were you mistreated? Yes. Is it difficult to accept because of who or what is responsible? Yes. Does it make you mad? It makes your blood boil so hard that your eyes get bloodshot and your heart is drained of all the goodness you were born into this world with. The only thing you are about and have a tunnel vision for is the person who you promised and love and that is all you can hold onto and have.

The basis of this chapter is to reinforce a shadow mystery which was indicated as a déjà vu coincidence which demanded and conscripted an indirect dialogue between their side and our side. Specifically, they felt trapped, a right wing conspiracy was underway, and the inability to alert or convince others of this right wing conspiracy. The following is the basis of research completed on June 19, 19991 and July 31, 1991 and is the primer for Arms Limitations and Chemical and Biological Weapons Control. This report will be followed by the study of weapons of mass destruction and nuclear power but the principles are the same. The first part of developing the singularity and the totality, a single and monolithic enemy, was to determine whether or not arms reductions was working or would work. The answer is no. Arms control will not work on and with this enemy; this is an enemy who violates all premises and comes to your life, your nation, and your existence. It is not an enemy who appreciates or understands words or debates. This is an enemy who does not understand or want peace. This is one of the first documents written intended for and examined by the satellite warfare program to adopt with a proxy setting and with overlapping sameness.




The Concepts and Boundaries of Arms Limitations

When Americans are confronted with the issue of arms control, we instantly envision the SALT treaties which encompass the restrictions on intercontinental ballistic missile proliferation and deployment, on a global scale. The concept of limitations, however, has trickled down to imply not only nuclear, but conventional and technological weapons as well. We distinguish this today with the discussions following the Persian Gulf War. These occurrences are the occurrences that did not allow Iraq the ability to obtain such a military build up and invade Kuwait.

Eventually, this transcended to the use of American military force to resolve the conflict. Despite the decisive victory, I do not regard the post-war attitudes are aimed at pointing the finger or governing the blame. Furthermore, it is believed the exact intention is and should be to simply consider the dilemma, then logically find a solution that would prevent such an event from recurring, an event of attack and invasion.

By examining a case of a singled out company named ISC, we can begin to envision the magnitude of arms limitations. This will open the door for our three main objectives. First, the different policy initiatives of the Reagan and Bush Administration for limiting conventional and unconventional weapons flow. Second, the significance of such policies and third, how such policies contribute to the stabilization of the Middle East region.

The International Signal Corporation (1) (ISC), located in Lancaster, Pennsylvania is under investigations for illegally exporting cluster bomb technology, ballistic missile technology, and sophisticated radar technology to straw companies located in South Africa. Under the name of Gamma Systems Incorporated, the South African firms allegedly sold the technology and equipment of mass destruction to the Iraqi military from 1984 to 1989.

This may not sound inordinately unusual; however, it is a complete violation of US laws since an export license is needed to participate in such arms dealings. Officials in and outside of government reported that the Central Intelligence Agency was briefed on a quarterly basis by ISC executives on the activities and knew about the shipments.

Since this was not a sanctioned covert operation by the Senate Intelligence Committee; export, embargo, and administration laws were violated, the CIA was obligated to inform the Justice Department of ISC’s illegal activities. If however, this was a CIA covert operation done to promote the national interest, then a Presidential Finding should reveal information to senior Congressional members. Nevertheless, those members in the position to know have stated how they were not informed of such an affair. If this was a covert CIA operation and knowledge was restricted only to top agency officials, then the Senate intelligence Committee would be very reluctant to pursue an investigation in the matter.

The incident with ISC gives us an indication of what happens when weapons technology and equipment is transferred between nations. It is very hard if not impossible to control the flow of such components once it is in a foreign government’s possession. (2)

Similarly, unless there is a singular and agreeable foreign policy that is intentionally enforced and regulated, no arms selling nation will eagerly embrace any restrictions that would reduce their overall interests. Already trade barriers are being lowered to various communists’ countries in order to ease the concerns for the general spread of weapons and technology. (3)

In the post Cold War climate, the United States and her allies are releasing an excessive amount of information and weapons technology to the Communist countries. This, along with the lessening of trade barriers, creates an extremely competitive arms industry throughout the world. Consequently, the concept of arms limitations is working in the opposite and reversing direction of all the countries involved since it curbs the free trade of what is considered a very competitive market. (4)

Such policies would require massive cooperation from the intelligence community as well as monitoring to ensure adherence to the strict policy regulations. The magnitude of arms control and military limitations is very intricate since it far exceeds the capabilities of a single nation or single allied agency. If relations and compliance between the nations is so plagued by ethics issues or acceptable standard levels, serious problems and conflicts could arise in areas that are very unstable. (Apply the same dilemma to the SATWAR program)

In the past, there have been numerous attempts at negotiating an effective and valuable strategic arms accord with the communist forces. The main focus being on unconventional and nuclear weapons; however, conventional weapons and forces have received some notice and recently, technological advances or developments.

The Reagan Administration offered slight optimization in exceeding the 1979 SALT II treaty which only sought to set the limit on strategic weapons. (5) The idea behind the SALT II treaty was only to limit rather than reduce the aggregate numbers; therefore, critics have asserted that capping the overall numbers encourage superpower buildup of a strategic arsenal that would meet the ceiling of the treaties.

The Reagan Administration initiated the idea of abandoning the logic of SALT II in order to reach a more effective proposal which the communist forces would be willing to adhere to. During this time, the administration mentioned curbing technological advances in order to “restrain expansion of the superpowers’ strategic arsenals.” (6) They also stated how they were reluctant to enter an agreement only because “the administration doesn’t want a bad agreement.” Unfortunately, the Reagan Administration was not able to negotiate this bad agreement and nevertheless, much progress was made with the issue of arms control.

The Bush Administration was the beginning of a series of settlements as well as endorsements in the issue of arms restrictions and limitations. On June 01, 1990 President Bush and Soviet Premier Gorbachev signed an accord that directed drastic reductions in the area of land based missiles. Specifically it targeted nuclear warheads.

It was agreed how the communists were allowed to expand the deployment of strategic weapons while the anti-communist forces would produce thousands of nuclear cruise missiles, submarine launched missiles, and nuclear bombs. Chemical weapons in the Soviet stockpile would also be eliminated by the year 2002. The logic behind this negative view is based on the Congressional restrictions on chemical weapons since it tends to contaminate the user and the enemy giving less of a strategic importance for military purposes. (7)

This agreement thus placed the communist and anti-communist relationship on a very high level while opening doors for talks on conventional arms restrictions. During this time, the preliminary suggestions were directed at reducing approximately 130,000 pieces of military equipment on both sides along with a quarter per cent reduction in anti-communist ground forces and also two thirds reduction in the communist ground troops in Eastern and Western Europe.

What raised a lot of concern was how the Bush Administration was able to negotiate a plan that required a large communist concession surpassing the largest barrier that hampered the Reagan Administration. Furthermore, there was tremendous progress towards US interests since Soviet leaders were receptive to the concept of strict monitoring.

The significance in comparing the Reagan and Bush policies are difficult to determine since evidence does indicate how the communists have violated past treaties. (8) The CIA, in a 600 page report, stated three main problems in verifying, eliminating, and computing all the weapons affected by the proposal. It would require inordinate and tremendous amounts of intelligence to cover the entire communist force structure let alone track and classify the arsenal itself.

Another keynote was mentioned in the ISC case. Once the flow of arms is in another country flow advantage and control, it is almost impossible to trace its whereabouts. Compliance to any accords are not possible if rivalry between the superpowers not reduced since monitoring of the production and flow would almost desensitized the threat of each country.

The data and charts on the following pages offer some reference to the conflicting numbers and the problem with verification.

Ever since the compromises made on June 1, 1990; President Bush and Soviet Premier Gorbachev have not been able to work out any agreeable terms on conventional arms limitations. They were expected to have a summit in February of this year but were interrupted b the Persian Gulf War and the Baltic uprisings. A Moscow summit has been rescheduled in the summer at which time Bush and Gorbachev will have the chance to further discuss the arms control issue and the post Cold War debate in the Middle East. It will determine the future stability in the region.

The Middle East comprises 3% of the world’s population; nonetheless, it constitutes 30% of the global arms flow. Likewise, 18 countries in the world spend more than 10% of the Gross National Product on defense programs and military hardware, eight (8) of these countries are in the Middle East (Iraq, Israel, Jordan, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Syria, and Yemen). (9)

The historical tensions and the long enduring religious conflicts in that region managed to produce an extremely hostile environment fueled by the Israeli-Arab conflicts. Therefore, in a systematic attempt at stabilizing the area, a peaceful resolution would have to embark with the notion of arms limitations and reduction. Those talks are dominated by superpowers and the sponsor countries. This is why we overstate and overemphasize the strong position of anti-communism and how it leads to arms limitations. .

On May 29, 1991 in a speech to the US Air Force in Colorado, (10) President Bush outlined his new Middle East proposal. It was to begin a new starting point in an attempt to stabilize the region; furthermore, it only embellishes four main areas:

1. The need to eliminate advanced surface-to-surface missiles by Middle East countries
2. A total ban on uranium, plutonium, and other elements of nuclear weapons including strict monitoring of nuclear facilities
3. The total elimination of chemical and biological weapons in the region
4. Limitations on arms sales from leading supplier countries

The Israeli government protested the proposal by emphasizing the need to control conventional weapons only in Arab nations and to not force any other focus towards strategic weapons. Israel is the only nation in the region with the capabilities to produce nuclear Armageddon although several other countries are beginning to experiment with this challenge and gamesmanship. (11)

The Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) advances the idea of a “primary threat” (12) in the region is strictly conventional while tight restrictions on those types of arms would have more impact in alleviating the immediate regional problems. Curbing their capabilities in strategic weapons could signify further weaknesses in their overall defense posture.

The conclusion of the Persian Gulf War indicates there are other interests in the region which is as equal to the Israeli regional interests. The Persian Gulf War is a model of the predicament and is in no way a precursor to the conscious concerns of arms restrictions and limitations. However, as the singled out case with the company ISC indicates indicatively and coincides with, the different policy initiatives can create more uncertainty and dual policies in the region.

Those factors mentioned contribute to a successful strategy in the reality of long lasting arms accords. The concepts and also the boundaries of a large scale policy are far outweighing an elementary comprehension. Hence, our success will depend on our inability to revise the progress acquired with each agreement. In the long term, if and when America is confronted with the opportunity to grasp the solution of a tutelage authority, then she will rise to the position denoting her superpower status in the region. The theoretical basis behind any type of arms restrictions obviously originate from both communist and anti-communist relations and antagonism.

I. Introduction

The brutality of chemical and biological weapons were first introduced during World War I and since then, legislation and deterrence methods have attempted to halt their use and proliferation throughout the world. Regardless, recent problems with this chemical enemy in the Persian Gulf War and allegations of Libya have spurred attention to an area unfamiliar to most people.

This paper is an attempt to primer the many questions that concern chemical, biological, and nuclear deterrence as well as inform about the ways which can effectively move the world towards ridding the use of it. It is the initial coat of the Satellite Warfare (SATWAR) program and is based on other experiences and technology.

The paper begins with a brief history of the use of weapons of mass destruction and how it has effectively shaped military structures and international policies. The uses of these types of weapons are to kill, maim, and injure on a mass level with differing gradient levels and categorization. Primarily they are used in combat and warfare to seek advantage and victory. Their brutality has raised concerns over the ethics of such doomsday weaponry and capabilities.

There is a short description of chemical agents and this will enable the reader to understand the exact lethality of chemical arsenals or their usage. Following that section, the paper will discuss the concepts and results of modernization, deterrence, and the push to disarmament. At center focus is the retaliatory measures the United States and her allies have chosen to take to prevent the use of this brutal form of warfare and military aggression. These types of weapons are both a blessing and a curse to all militaries of the world.

In the last discussion, this research finding will diagram a recent model of the collapse of the communist movement and the effects on these weapons of mass destruction along with the prospects of disarmament. The last two sections will permit the reader with the opportunity to examine one particular case with a doctor and scientist who allegedly is the principal of two chemical weapons facilities. It discloses the difficulty, the involved nature, and the methods needed to actively monitor the flow of this type of doomsday weaponry and technology. Moreover, it shows the results of failed policies or the inability to curb the repercussions.

Having examined “The Concept and Boundaries of Arms Limitations” in the previous discussion, the scope of the paper will be an independent supplement to the last paper and to an area referred to as Nuclear, Biological, and Chemical Warfare (NBC). The objective is to first familiarize the reader by examining a broad history, progression, and description of chemical weapons.

Afterwards, the focus will then shift towards the main political objectives, the policies of deterrence in a post communist world. The last and final part will involve a case study of a character named Dr. Ishan Barbouti, a chemical weapons dealer. That last section will shed light into an already murky world of a lucrative black market and the underworld using a realistic model.

II. History

Chemical weapons were first introduced to the world in 1915 when Germany instituted their use against Russia in World War I. Russia, having a primitive military system at that time, was unable to neither defend nor retaliate without reporting almost half a million chemical casualties and over 50,000 deaths. Allied forces rallied against the utilization of chemicals calling them “barbaric” and “inhumane.”

In response to this and the moral implications it caused, the Geneva Protocol of 1925 was developed. The Protocol outlawed the use of asphyxiating and poisonous chemical and biological weapons. This however did not restrict the development and the stockpiling of the agents. The terms only outlawed their use. It even had a provision that reserved the right to a counter attack if any or another country resorted to “first use” basis. The Protocol of 1925 received enough signatories to be enacted into law by 1928 but for reasons not mentioned, the United States did not ratify it until 1975.

With regard to the lessons learned in World War I, the Soviet military began to stress the importance of chemical warfare during the 1920s and the 1930s. With industry modernizing, chemical production facilities were built for production, research, and development. The Soviet’s emphasized the importance of preparedness form both the offensive and defensive standpoint.

By World War II, the Soviets had a thriving chemical program and stockpile; nonetheless, no evidence shows any use at this junction. After the war, the Soviets relocated two German programs that were producing nerve agents (Type GB and VX). In the 1950s, those developments lead to the discovery of several new lethal nerve agents.

III. Current Status

Biological agents and weapons, though not classified with chemical weapons, are not treated in the same fashion. Biological agents are not effective in warfare and have no military use; they are an instrument of terror and intimidation. Biological weapons are extremely hazardous in the hands of terrorists or any nation who supports domestic or international terrorism. Any effort to curb the use of biological weapons must be directed towards this terrorist agenda. Nevertheless, the 1972 Biological Warfare Treaty does prohibit the production and stockpile of biological weapons without including any means of compliance.

IV. Statistics: Classification, Specification

The following information is intended to brief the reader of the dangers of chemical agents and how they are intended to inflict terminal consequences on their victims. Subsequent to the three listings will be the military understanding and taken directly from combat manuals regarding chemical and biological warfare.

Mustard Agents:

Mustard agents are classified as a blistering agent; it was first used in World War I. There are two types that are quite similar, HD and HT. Effects and exposure to mustard gas are undetectable until symptoms appear. (Note: terrorists use this on unsuspecting victims and also inflict blisters by spraying objects which are in direct contact with the victim.)Initial symptoms are skin reddening, and then skin blistering, then tissue destruction. Inhaling mustard gas damages mucous membranes and the respiratory tract, severe exposure increases the risk of pneumonia and other respiratory infections. (This is what domestic terrorists are using on our borders right now to produce witness intimidation, tampering, and an “official” business reputation. This is the weapon of choice of domestic terrorists.)

Nerve Agents:

The primary category of nerve agents are GB and VX. Both are rapid acting and highly lethal. Liquid GB vaporizes and dissipates fast, therefore is classified as a nonpersistent agent. VX persists in liquid form for several days. Both agents disrupt the central nervous system by paralyzing the enzyme that is involved in transmitting nerve impulses. Large dosages inflict death by asphyxiation. Agents can either be inhaled as a vapor or absorbed through the skin as a liquid.

Incapacitating Agents:

Incapacitating agents are psychoactive compounds who were not developed for lethal use, but to prevent those exposed from effectively performing their mission. Some symptoms may persist for more than 2 days and recovery is gradual. BZ is the most common of the incapacitates. It is a white powder and classified as a persistent because it decomposes. It is usually mixed with explosive compounds and produces a cloud of agent dust when ignited. Inhaling BZ is the primary hazard.

Classification of chemical agents:

The effectiveness and the duration is one way to classify chemical agents. Basically, all agents can be divided into two categories: those that are persistent and those that quickly disperse after use (non persistent).

a) Non Persistent: are usually gases or liquids which disperse very rapidly, although they may produce a short term downwind hazard.
b) Persistent: these are solids or liquids which disperse very slowly and provide contact and vapor hazards for some considerable time in the target area.

Effects on the Body:

The most important classification as far as treating chemical agents concerns the effect they have on the casualty. You must be completely familiar with the types of agent in this classification if you are going to have any chance of correct diagnosis.

a) Nerve agents: interfere with the motor nerve reflex arc in the brain and thus disrupt essential body functions, causing death very quickly when present in minute quantities.
b) Blood agents: these prevent your body from absorbing oxygen into your bloodstream, which in turn starves the tissues of oxygen and causes death.
c) Choking agents: These agents attack and damage the breathing passages and lungs, causing the damaged tissue to produce quantities of fluid in the lungs in which you drown.
d) Blister agents: (Note these were used on us repeated from 1992 to 2008 with permanent damages to the body which is covered in this book as some face off with the left wing) these cause blistering and superficial destruction of any tissue they come into contact with. They can be fatal, but are usually classified as a damaging agent.
e) Physical and mental incapacitates: these temporarily disable by their effect on the brain or the body. While they are usually not permanently damaging, some like LSD can prove fatal and have long term effects.

Physical forms of Chemical Agents:

When they have been delivered by the above methods they can appear on the target in the following forms:
a) Liquid, either droplets or sprays.
b) Aerosol, a very fine spray made up of liquid droplets or solid powder but so fine that it is invisible to the eye.
c) Vapor, from an evaporating liquid agent.


VI. Deterrence and Policy Options

There are several methods of deterrence. One of the most effective means is the retaliation of brute force. Conventional, chemical, or nuclear measures are strictly dependent on the situation; but the mere fact of having substantial power to strike back is enough to prevent chemical usage. The next method is through economic and diplomatic sanctions. Unilateral and bilateral action is constructive, but multilateral action packs a larger punch.

Another form of deterrence is directed towards controlling and validating chemical supplies and technology transfers. This is accomplished by imposing export licenses. Export licenses prevent direct trading of controlled substances; nevertheless, evasion and defiance of export laws are possible through illegal transactions. The last form of deterrence is more focused towards international awareness. The goal is to discourage and halt chemical proliferation by “blacklisting” certain chemicals and advising companies to report any transactions that my lead to the manufacture of chemical weapons.

Retaliatory measures can be chosen either singularly or in combination with each other. This defensive-offensive approach of persuasion should be executed in a manner to convince adversaries that no gains will be reached through impropriety.

Hence, in order to achieve a world without chemical weapons, deterrence must be able to perform its task until an effective program of disarmament is accomplished. Modernization tends to operate in the opposite direction of disarmament. Therefore, the quicker a policy of disarmament can be attained; the sooner modernization can be obsolete. Once modernization is outmoded, compliance to disarmament must be achieved through verification and deterrence.

The situation in the Soviet Union does allow for direct economic and diplomatic sanctions, should there be a problem of deterrence. Furthermore, the situation presents an influential route towards verification and compliance. In the case of Third World countries and other unstable areas, chemical and biological capabilities should strongly be emphasized and prevented for security reasons. Armed confrontations are sporadic and frequent. Chemical or biological weapons in the region could cause detrimental results for the parties involved and world peace.

It is not just the enemy and a distance which is safe or not threatening. Slander and lies is the new political sport and the killing fields. There is a group of liberals and so called "conservatives" who are pushing a liberal bias which the entire 1960s was based on and how the term "counter-culture" developed. These groups of people are stooges to the liberals and hold them very close to their political circles. Specifically, everybody is no damn good because they either like sex or is truthful. It does not matter if the truth exists because they have property and that property gives them power and control over others. With property they become rude and demanding but very grotesque in their ugliness, very unattractive and misunderstanding of delicate.

The biggest with this problem is how they are no different than liberals. Liberals lack a science and a goodness to understand or understand the basis of slander. Slander is only present when there is a lack of truth; however, this creature does not know truth and the fraud which is the carrier of this lack of existence. It can be taking religion to the extremes or holding it empty. The goal is to play the game of truth and to fight fire with fire by misunderstanding slander and lacking truth. The truth is not slander but it does choose a winner and it does hurt, that is the problem with this creature, the truth hurts them badly and more so than others. Their church and belief system collapses as result and suspect.

Similar to communism, socialism, fascism, and religious voodooism, liberalism is a political cancer designed to control you, not liberate you. Liberalism is based upon the theory that government-and lots of it--knows better than you what is best for you. Liberals believe you are too stupid to make wise decisions for yourself… The entrenched liberal paradigm is to grow and sustain Fedzilla, the amorphous blob that is gobbling up more and more of our tax dollars and in the process, becoming more and more unresponsive and unaccountable to its employers-you and me, the American taxpayer... They have a tendency to see the human condition with dogma, either hate it or love it. They have a tendency to go to the extremes, either hate it or love it. There is no need to understand and the positions are sycophant to only materialism and political prostitution. There is no science good enough for their beliefs. Hate is the extreme. Sex is evil and the extreme regardless what it is for (marriage, attraction, biological needs, reproduction, etc...) Sexy women are evil and hurtful. Sexy men are insignificant and not male. Yes, believe it or not the liberals, left wing, and communists paraded their terrorist cells and spy rings in an attempt to ask if “we wanted in” before they began their siege and slow murder of us. Then they followed two people around knowingly when they are or were in the same room. When they are “not so confident” they begin to drop hints about what they want and what they are after and it all can be proven. It all can be traced and investigated now. The devil can persecute and crucify you all day long; the question is what will happen when they are caught and tried for this criminal insanity and murderous tirade? Will the devil claim to be such an innocent victim of bullies and predators? It is not and was never how well the left wing was handled and what needed to be done, the problem was always the same, what do we do now? How do you rid the devil when the devil is here and now and they are so fake, phony, and unreal; it is surrealistic and does not even transcend any realistic sense of being attacked beyond wounds and injuries. They are not even real people and furthermore, this was no accident or random event.


When you do not recognize the truth, you do not respect it either. You tend to water it down or avoid it seeking a position of advantage in order to force or hold others down. It is not a debate and there is no science to go along with these positions. You can call it conservatism or liberalism; it is simply power, control, and position lacking any substance or truth, the game of slander. the world when this creature takes it to the extreme is either bottom up or top down and a lack of any government which unifies based on a chaos and natural savagery called libertarianism. No government and no truth to the science, only a belief system, power and control. The entire process of judging is flawed because the creature is incapable of this. They hate anything elitist and everything not bottom up and trickle down is force and power only. It is the jackass inferior breed of power and control based on material and property rights catered to elite liberals who reject the judgment process or the science.

They would be lucky to escape the legal punishments the next 12 months because of this problem with their political real estate. They owe this world 200 plus years of the future and they stand there and look violent or stupid. They prefer to steal it than earn it and the luck is running out quickly; however, the liberals, the left wing, and the communists seem not able to own up to it as they jump at anything or anyone. It is and has been a badly thought out and well crafted lie with the protection of lackluster claims to caution rights and good merits to either anti-communism or stronger on communism claims. You do not need to go to those lengths to prove the overstatement of the obvious, do not sacrifice anti-communist blood for a socialist or a communist future. This is the history of the SATWAR program from when it began to when it surfaced in 2008 that is the most important year. That is when the political real estate for the next two hundred years began to be fought with equal force and opposition. By then the military was broken and egged on for more debilitating war, the witch hunt failed to produce results, and people were in hiding and scared by the terrorist rampage they were witnessing. They wondered if they were next and why their complaints were directed at the police state and why the police were not on their side whatsoever. What happens after they run amuck in your life and you see them in positions of authority? How does that cause injuries or bring back memories of some invisible hand?

Take a guess that the warlord for the next 200 plus years will be who? Is this about materialism or property rights or is this about why it is crazy to kill the devil? What is the mental illness in killing the devil? They must be really important and really smart to be able to do this and get away with it “Scott-free.” They must be everything they claim and so “on top of the issues” to be able to respond with such vigor and smite such as to squander the next 100 to 200 years and declare themselves the most patriotic force this nation has ever met. They have no clue whatsoever and thus every single regret you can possibly imagine. However, instead of moping or sitting around becoming hysterical, some people remain under a veil of secrecy and begin to compile the necessary clauses to put an end to this charade. In a world where the enemy is so bold, they actually come to you, what do you want to do? Do you want to sit and mope or get hysterical and wine? This is an enemy and we have documented so precisely, who will not let up or give in while they seek you out, hunt you down, and come to you. When they do, they have no business cards to pass out but instead cards such as race, terrorism, patriotism, etc… You are not allowed to be happy. You are not allowed anything because you are a hostage and a prisoner. Until they erase your mind and convert you, you run the risk of torture, grief, pain, financial difficulty, and a host of other sadistic and psychopathic acts which earned them the death penalty. This is not a victim, this is the devil.

How far can they take murder and how many times can they exercise the experiment of the death penalty before they “are the same or of the same?” How many times can you levy the death penalty on a group of “church going elite losers” before they realize it is not mere accident and chance they are where they are? The problem with their attacks is it lacks any semblance of truth and if lies can be bought, then they would be rich also and can become so knowledgeable. However, hollow people usually carry their hollow lives in the back of their pockets as a badge of honor and courage to do what they do. Had they lived in a different foreign land, we would not act any different; why they would complain? What we know and what they know are two separate issues altogether. Why the need to make it complicated and more dramatic because they will never maximize it even if they took up imprisoning or capturing us to make us some laboring captive and secret oasis of the future and civil rights laws. The fact is we maximize it and they minimize it and us.


The liberals and the left wind do not understand what they are up to and how fare the peccadillo audible somato-sensory of their speeches distress the perfunctory inferior operculum which the best soldiers in this world know so well. Maybe if they had spent their entire life and hung around these proud and defiant soldiers, they would pick up something and learn something values which they would not be “so allowed” to maximize and proclaim as their loyalty and ill-gotten gains. No they are not allowed to hang around us let alone suggest the mere inquisition that we wish them around. So they come to us and we go to them in the same distressing manner. They use our life to exploit and squeeze every drop of oil to fuel their life; alternatively, we become experts and write what they are up to and how to stop them.

No, yes the Clinton Era was cut and dry and does not require any special knowledge or training. With hindsight and heightened knowledge, it is the Bush Era since the late 1980s which personifies this church of deceit and deception never before seen in such utter despicable form. The Bush years stood for a strong on foreign terrorism and a weak on everything else. Not only was this bipartisan clamor, but heroes on the liberal, left wing, and communist side were now speaking up and speaking out about how “they” stood idly by while the nation was being hijacked and nobody could do anything about it or know. This is where you need special knowledge and training. We are talking about outright scandal and shake-ups as far as the eye can see. We are talking about financial mismanagement and terror off the charts. We are talking about offenses intended to shake the bones into surrender and intimidating the voices to not testify or show up. We are talking about multiple cabinets of floundering desperate go-getters and do-gooders who need others to do so-good. We are talking about a total lack of judgments and an understanding of how wrong going away can make it right again; that is right and wrong, get lost not become more clueless. We are talking about a total lack of judgments intended to restore the Clinton Era and put the power back into the hands of the left wing by making the right wing and conservatives pay for it.


All the sex scandals during the Bush Administration are a carry over from the Clinton administration but packaged differently. This time it was wishing to help and not force or consent, this time it was about progress and absolute numbers; it is the same devil creature and the wandering invisible hand. It was a vendetta by elite families who were loosing power and looking utterly dysfunctional and useless while people were creaming to yell insults at them or let them have it with smite. In this mindset, they set out to make sure nobody would be happy and could enjoy any moment of life joy. Thus, they called the guards of the liberals and left wing who were intent on achieving social justice; the encore of a symphony of terrorists. The wounds and injuries are identical to those inflicted by a specific group, a specific military tactic, and all the forensic science anyone need apply. Instead, the information began to clarify itself and began public scrutiny because the people behind everything were now forced into a position where they had to slowly release information and let their lawyers begin burying others in legal defense. Yes, another ambush and another surprise intended as revenge.

From 1989 to 2008 scandal is the accepted norm. These scandals signify a level of misfirings and misjudgments. It signifies a complete inability to judge their fellow Americans and Allies. It signifies a serious problem with standards and the ability to call oneself a citizen or a “master” while creating and perpetuating this nastiness and orgy of bad and reckless behavior. It is also greatly exaggerated so as to present the greatest offense. In the end, the goal is to hate fellow Americans and Allies. The goal is to further this misjudgment and to stop the judgment process. The goal is to attack and target those who are judging and never letting them get a chance to be happy or stalk them into suicidal torment by creating this liberal, left wing, and communist prison of peers and powerful elites. We are only able to recognize how dangerous it is after they complete the cradle to grave and what is even more puzzling is why the escalation doubled and tripled under the Administration of the Bush families and not limited to the Clinton eras. This time the scandal did not want the number 1 choice playing it to the end of despondency of more sex scandals and salacious innuendoes. When they knew, they would kick up a surge just like a terrorist to break the backs and egg on more all out war.


Parsing out tidbits of how they either want to or are sticking it to the right wing and the anti-communists; then using the media, the government, and even close associates; to show “good stewardship” and “friends of the court.” The people who were chasing and hunting down a “weak on communism” monolith was now our long time friends; the liberals, the left wing, and the communists. Parsing out tidbits of information in a “slow release” time capsule formulation much like a multi-vitamin to drone out the intense effect or how they had a plan to stick it to the anti-communists and teach them to never clamor about the liberals, the left wing, communists, war protestors, peace activist, and most of all the war on poverty and the welfare state. It was now the left wing and the poor who were on the hunt after the bad guys and the communists and it was not a pleasant experience at all. It was a total loony joke into the extreme absurd. Being dependent now meant you had to or were forced down on your knees and surrendered by converting or “indoctrinated” into the Godless church of liberalism. This was not a strategy; they felt it was saving your soul and some eternal judgment by God; it was a crusade by the devil that had convinced itself it was now a victim. Yes the devotion to poverty saved our souls.

The most frustrating is the need to escalate it until the liberals, the left wing, and the communists can no longer win debates. Henceforth, this undesirable way they act accordingly to those pretexts. When you mix unity, religion, politics, and the 1960s Cold War era; you get what we see now. It is a badly thought out and even worse a well crafted lie which is protected by lackluster claims to caution rights and good merits which is supposed to be the rock bed of conservatism and right wing unease with the militaries of this world. There has been so much killing and paranoia in this world it is not some joke to take lightly. The level of killing in this world is incredibly real and not stupid like this creature.


This did not let up even in 2008 and even if the law enforcement of the world were closely watching and investigating now. Marriage and family is not what they value and love is mere disgrace which they for some reason had an invisible hand all over. You could feel their hands massaging it day and night and wondering if they would ever get away or finally be exposed as a political jackass and an alien lout joke. This is their way of helping. It is their way of forcing you into something you do not want. It is a way to bury you. They are not enforcing the idea that lewd and outrageous promiscuity is distracting, yet they are sexually dysfunctional. So they flood others with solicitations. They feel it is a way to control and also get a bipartisan kickback for “helping” to settle the score by masters. They are implanting the idea that it should be condoned and not criticized because they are tempted too easily or a dysfunctional empty trash dump. They do not give you what you want but hijack it and put what they want to hear. That is what all this sex scandal is about “stop judging us” and “wait for God and some messiah to deliver their fate.” It is about political real estate and rummaging through the life of others or why. They owe us two hundred plus years of political real estate which they almost stole from the unborn of this world.

The political real estate has to do with whether or not the liberals and the left wing have ever “been on top” of the issues even if they do have a record which dates back two hundred years. They are sometimes the most knowledgeable and most victorious. However, that is part of the problem because they act fallaciously and flagrantly then claim caution rights typical of conservatism. So on top of the issue and political real estate, they are basically always on the winning side and deeply embedded on each side for a long time. So why do they not or are they cannot ably recognize who acts fallaciously, grossly flagrantly, grossly imbecile, and grossly in error; then claim caution to this wind of change? What do we call this type of political real estate?


The reason why the companion book and companions are able to claim the political real estate for the next 100 or even 200 years is simple, they are the future. They took those first steps together and stuck to it to the end. Insofar and inasmuch as being cut down, persecuted, or crucified; it was the end and the mission which caused these wanton random acts to produce so much violence and offense. In similar triumph, their alien lout lawyers and district attorneys wait patiently and patriotically to also rummage through the lives of others for a scrap of food and power to enliven the liberal and left wing invasion. Simply put, they have no ticket on any nuclear sub and they do not claim anywhere near 100 or 200 years of the future. When you read the companion books, you will see and feel who squandered the political real estate of the next 100-200 years and jeopardized the future of and all military operations perhaps even a victory at World War. You will see who has the blue prints, who tried to steal the blue prints, why they tried and failed, and what began to unwind slowly as the “stalking and capture” of two or more people by one enemy not supposed to be planted here. We need this gone and not to be some false impetus in our lives.

They paid a heavy price for being a political breed of jackasses and an elite class of losers. The idea that the Middle East is a prospective we wish to bow down to and entertain is like declaring victory or one antagonist to make the other antagonist a protagonist. What kind of imbecile idiosyncrasy can we tolerate from these “toothless” homicidal killers and lunatic antagonists? There is something seriously wrong with these people and not only do they know it, they are willing to become murderous to save it and save themselves. They simply skip the reality and truth part and call it religious doctrine or religious teachings; then endlessly expand the problem by making it a political problem and not a criminal one as they become more murderous to anti-communists and weaker to declare themselves stronger towards communism. There are some inconsistencies and some lies being perpetrated here. There are some disjunctions in the medulla part of the brain that controls the human ructions and makes the hand invisible to the market forces. Yet they call this lack of truth and standards a clause and a call for medication and mental illness.


When you are dealing with the totality and fusing together one theory to explain the entire world and one strategy for this world, you notice the behavior and characteristics of your enemies more closely. Venn diagrams, lengthy flow charts, schematics and blueprints, measure of slope, the geometry of probability, random generations and likelihood; all those factors help to paint a single enemy who has a plan which is open ended, never ending, and worse not measurable in principle. They look for this new science and new creation based on other formulas. Solutions and the process of solutions are not very easy because they are refused by not one but two people, two antagonists. To have solutions and real solutions, you must have two protagonists and only one enemy.

We are not even given a choice or a say in the matter. If terrorism is meant to hijack the right of way, then this was so blatant it was beyond a hijack. The ultimatum is either to let the liberals and the left wing in or they will attack the right wing (“covertly”) to discredit and supplant the idea that evil is everywhere. Evil personifies the truth, justice, honor, and individual merits. This is the vulnerability and where these charlatans and predators come in to deliver their special brand of friendship. This is the role of their church and why their tradition loves on today, they not only create the mess but they espouse it. How clear and present danger do you want to take this before the clear level head surmises that internment of enemy combatant is more advantageous than letting Nazis-communism attack the nation and call the defenders “capitalist Stalinism.” Did the world just flip on a dime or did the dime just flip on the world?


Now you are stuck while the situation remains open ended and the walls closing in closer. Your totality is now World War. The worse part is when your single enemy floods the political scene with political operatives who want to stay the course and speak about “fresh” ways to deal with a single open ended enemy and an exact same problem of the Cold War superimposed onto the Middle East. All of the sudden, you are on top of the solution and working hand in hand with a political operative behind the problem wishing to imprison you in the antagonist world. Now the antagonist has a fresh approach to the problem and it has to do with silencing and murdering the protagonist. That is their peace and jiggering way to a single enemy and a single totality of a single reality in this world which at this time is open ended and never ending. You have to decide what is more offensive, an enemy who is loose on the borders or a few grammatical errors.

The Clinton Era was an overt period of a reign of love and peace; meanwhile, the brewing storm was preparing for the reign of blood by the Bush neo-felons to restore the power of the Clinton Era which was off track now. The message for the past 20 years after Reagan was the same, only packaged differently as “vast right wing conspiracy.” You see, they too are trying to stay on track and have their own plans and command centers. Unfortunately, when they did the same to the satellite warfare program, it knocked it off the source and off the course albeit even if it is the next 200 plus years. We did not intend on wasting our life tracking down and hunting down some alien lout but it is no surprise they wanted or needed this bad even if they said the same thing to us and used their property rights to single out and nullify the next 200 years into the future.

Hence, they were waiting with a communist and terrorist sleeper cell to do a pickup and try defection by the murderous vulnerability and the killing off of spouses who were the companion book. The Bush Administration was a reign in blood to restore what the Clinton’s could not achieve by creating as much and maximum damage “to and for” human rights violations, even if anti-communists were repulsed and surrendering this nightmare. When your teammate creates maximum human rights violations on anti-communists; it is very similar to the enemy attacking from a fro-Zen distant land even if it is home grown patriotism. It is indented and indentured to boost the communist and lessen the power of anti-communists. The people who were chasing and hunting down a “weak on communism” monolith was now our long time friends; the liberals, the left wing, and the communists. When they come to your home, love, or break down your doors with automatic weapons; you know this is the devil and their work. How they explain it we do not know but they all leave the country while the left wing becomes the impetus of heroes; once again we bow down to the poor and their good work in government.
