FROM THE FOUNDER OF SATWAR AND THE REQUEST FOR THE COMMISSIONING OF THE TIME COP PROGRAM TO DEFEAT "THE AMERICAN DREAM" TERROR PLOT:

This is the top echelon of the communist movement, the "who is who" of their leaders in hyper drive and suicidal mode. We call this frenzy and a riot where they are all heading off in the same direction and making sure nobody follows or is strong enough to stop them. After the 1960s, the underworld and crime world was drastically altered by the black movement and the Irish. With the widespread reach of the Irish and Italians in public service, police force, and military service; the reach of the Catholic Church and the Democratic Party was able to grow and grow stronger. The attacks are from local police also. In all these cases, localism has caused a civil uprising by the police who have become disgruntled fighting the bad guys; the division of left wing and right; Democrat and Republican. They also seek inclusion and intelligence at the federal level and these cases exacerbate the mixing of good and bad guys; corruption. They know we are trying to capture them and very careful; meanwhile, the culprits refuse to turn over their badge and force the matter by informing us to get used to it and them.

This new who is who of the crime and communist world is expanding their reach and political power. They were attracted and panicked by seeing "Administration of Justice" and various police science courses in my college degree; also my background in satellite and computer engineering. I recall being contacted while in college by the Cubans (Villarreal) who identified himself as from California and in the US Army with the same MOS, satellite technician. This occurred in 1997 followed by a Fairfax County Police contractor working on "biometric devices." Nobody knew what I was researching or doing but this was the end of the cold war and the communist. We are seeing an eruption of scams, terror plots, murder sprees, and various suicidal crimes which cannot be solved. The problem is their politics and involvement in the history of America has blown up and come to a quick end.

The primary suspects and problem are based on the 1960s; the black movement and the Irish unions. The Catholic and Democratic Party are mere vehicles and enablers for them; likewise, immigration. So this is a three way fight between political, criminal, and those being kicked out or banned from all criminal world tables, all power in the US, and any involvement; expulsion from the social authority we call power. The way to combat them is to shut down their ability to commit crime and target specific strongholds. The way to combat this is to pressure their leaders, even the Sicilians; to remove them from the landscape before harsh punishments is unleashed on the criminal world; to shut down their petty robbery, murder ability, and rap sheet. Right now the war is on drugs and a global eruption of new leaders who have bad blood with capitalist and military officials. All of them are from a Catholic and World War II history; the worst of society headed by the most lunatic and vulgar criminals. The nation is under constant and residual attack by these terrorists who use disasters and crisis for control. Furthermore, we cannot get the truth and full story while it is hidden or exploited by the bad guys and the weakest of liberals.

We need to introduce a Time Cop mega unit; a top secret military based intelligence wing of the FBI-federal authorities who can dial in time, location (lat/long), and watch a movie of the crime scene and follow the suspects to their hideout. This time cop will pressure this reckless and persistent menace until they are removed or kicked out of the criminal world by their very liberal and greedy leaders; mostly they cause welfare and social crisis; but they do return profit and power for their bosses. This Time Cop unit cannot be of a police origin; a military and Special Forces element where wars are fought on a more highly secretive level; where mistakes are intolerable and power is harnessed and understood to precision. So this Time Cop element will shut down the petty ability to burglarize, rob, go into homes, or commit murder by always being at the scene of the crime and following the culprit to their home and hideout. When the leaders realize the worthless value of the 1960s freedom of criminals; they will take the measures to rid of them from politics and participation likewise. If the Time Cop units fail, then the sheer risk of civil war or world war will be real and immense.

The Time Cop units will be empowered based on how Special Forces Units utilize C four; command, control, communications, and intelligence. They will have access to ultra top secret technology so protected, the police are forbidden to bear witness to it and have access. These are two beasts on the battlefield; one military and one a police element. The problem with all technology in the hands of the police is the timeless problem of them falling in the wrong hands and in the hands of the criminals; so a division must be made as an eruption of terrorism has invaded America on the backs of crime, murder, and immigration robbery. Special Forces (SATWAR) units are trained to defeat nuclear and satellite technology; to defeat surveillance and a prisoner status while under 24-7 watch by a predator and enemy. Therefore, war must be declared on crime and the leaders of the new communist are informed to rid and expel the political front of the 1960s and the peace movement headed by liberals. All satellite warfare forces must be authenticated and verified; they seek to steal it or place it under their control by kidnapping us and stealing legendary masterpieces of art; and then murder all leaks and rescues.

Any further resistance or demands by our own kidnappers, such as bleeding us in NY or delay tactics, will result in higher and more ferocious retaliation and shut down; a process of starvation and attrition strategies. Any further bullying, harassment, and illegal search and seizures by fascist or communist spies will result in unleashing the leaders of evil on the weakest criminal elements who need political power. As the founder of satellite warfare, I request the commission of SATWAR Forces to curb this menace and our tormentors who are keeping us as political prisoners or prisoners of war in America; we and the entire police-military branches are hostages to the system headed by this new spy element. This new force will not have or contain any identified problems or links to those who are notorious for parading a state of denial and lackluster truth of doing nothing wrong (Ex. Democrats, Labor Unions, Irish Heritage, Italians, from the state of New York, of Jewish Heritage, etc...) due to the nature of the problem and the levels. The enemies of America are infesting the entire political landscape and claiming to be our parents, family, friends, and voices.

The rent refund is a clear signal the underworld and criminal elements wish war and escalation. The refusal to surrender their badges is a clear indication of a state of war or siege, a deadly element. The refusal to remove the methods of escape, evasion, and disruption; the spy camera or peeping tom camera is a clear indication of defiance and suicidal intentions. The incessant bullying and stalking or pursuit around the house is a clear signal of how far they will go and the lunatic degree they wish to reveal and show us. We have and try to show how dangerous and deadly they are; facing death penalty charges as spies, terrorists, and a secret police pulling the strings of the bad guys. This enemy, church, Europeans, and moles are sympathetic to the communist; fighting Nazis, and want to know if a conspiracy was ongoing to defeat the communist globally. They are hunting the leaders of this so called right wing conspiracy; execute them. They needed us and tried to tag or double in our life, like Remoras on a shark. We are talking about lunatics, ice cold murderers, and a total thief and communist spy. By studying the military system; they can compare and contrast the private or civilian hospitals. Also, with the eruption of shingles, skin rashes, warts, flesh eating bacteria, cysts, itching problems, and various health related matters; it lubricated the political recruitment and ideological resistance to the left wing.

The entire liberal movement, the left wing, the 1960s crowd, and the Jewish and Catholic fronts are in a state of chaos and free fall. They are fighting sustainability and most of all population loss as increased pressure for food and benefits eat away at scarcity. When financial resources deplete or become low, the relationship between man and God changes or intensifies; forbidden, they use debt to wage war back. So with severe criticism, hate, and very opinionated or extreme bias; they are willing to crucify and murder on a whim. The ones in the highest line of fire are the Irish and blacks; both choosing a life of crime or prison instead of living in squalor; however, this worsens things and the leadership of the left wing and Republican Party; also profits the criminal elements and drug wars; the Catholic and Jewish Mafia system. So the military and police have become a hostage and prisoner of the system, the financial system, and mostly the criminal corruption of local politics where most of the pressure is losing control. Loyalism is where corruption is widespread and the police or power is essential. With satellites and new technology; they want to probe the federal government and military; to wage war and use terrorism. The entire population is a political prisoner to the system and financial system where banks are debilitated by their political ideology and immigration policies. We call this political chaos and invasion a state of total authoritarian buffoonery; but the bottom up corruption is the loosening of corruption, elitism, police or power, and federal surveillance using satellite and internet technology.

The best outcome is to bring slavery back where food, clothing, and housing are provided; so the liberals are using state rights to advance this police or local control. Where they get the power or lack of truth from are the usual suspects and trouble makers of American history. Who brought them here? Who is their voice? Who profits and benefits while ignorant or lunatic about criticism? We see the same problem, the same people and the same 1960s liberation; to bring back slavery and prison and then seek liberation theory or control. By attacking and placing individuals under constant siege, bullying, disruption, or harassment, they can claim "mental illness" or some form of schizophrenia; it is a form of brain washing and psychological warfare. The church of the damned and the politics of the doomed is localisms and slavery; a prison politics where benefits are greater than squalor; street credibility is their pride. Moreover, attacking us and forcing us underground or undercover for over 20 years created a massive crisis and legal case; exposed them; and trapped them in constant pathological lying. This population loss and sustainability bias-hate-crucifixion by lunatics and terrorist spies also caused an exodus or relocation to federal relief and jobs. So while this is occurring, the federal police and military forces were flooded with rogue or problematic troublemakers out to take over the world and the core of the Pentagon. It is a criminal enterprise and full of doomed or unwanted warriors; easy to recruit as spies.

We confess and admit, as the founder of satellite warfare, that our security system monitors all events on US soil and can detect home invasions, murders, and is a time machine to crime scenes; this is what this criminal bunch is after and has to blow up; the people who can hunt and defeat them, their leaders, and their assassin terror plots. The receiver of this and attacking squad originate from Russia and Israel but to the authorities it is a slight hint towards a drug war or this constant investment in the permanent underclass. Their goal in our life and still remains an hourly battle is or has been the legal complaint with this nuisance, pest, and suicidal enemy. They claim to be our friends, mates, helpers, assistants, staff, and has a reserved job due to some exclusive access to our life. They also claim to be a secret police and I have informed them to turn over their badge or let me report it to the authorities or face/accept execution or lethal force. Crime, murder, loyalism, corruption, drug wars, socialism, hoaxes, lies, and terrorism is how they grow stronger as a criminal enterprise. Now we can trump them and force their criminal leaders to clean up the trash or else impose Time Cop Programs or SATWAR on this terrorist plot; more escalation of force and hold them accountable for any injury by cross fire or resisting arrest.

They accept death and execution; but are resisting and fighting back. What they do is install tracking and spy software on my laptop or play with my wireless switch, graphics DPI setting, and various operations which prevent the consistent use of a an operating system; like a labor union, they strike or disrupt matters, no less steal anything they can. So this secret police, highly communist, ice cold, enemy-spy, wants to tag along in all life matters and insist they are peaceful, friends, protectors, and experts who can help. They claim they are not violent and will accept execution if we can defeat them. They refuse to surrender their badges, turn themselves in, or not introduce force or illegal intrusion in our life. It ends up as our life ruined, we are hostages, we are being watched 24 hours, a peeping tom camera, murder of any rescuers or investigators, imprisonment, trumping up charges, and complete abuse of powers or mega injuries. With this expansion and further reach by these terror plots; they managed to keep us guessing and also blind; not aware of these secret crime sprees. So they are trying to bleed us and using the trap to wait it out while we demand fixes, refunds, relocation, and a higher standard of behavior or truth; accountability.

There is a war/standoff now and they claim I must learn to live with them and accept they are my boss or in control; otherwise, kill them; they are the secret police and sacred or scared; living in fear and expulsion. If we resist, then things will be ruined, destroyed, disrupted, or does not work well; our life will be damaged and we will be forced to regret or weakened until this expulsion ceases. They are forcing the matter and wish others to live with their decisions; execute them or take them out by force. It is not a enjoyable predicament but has been ongoing for over 20 or 30 years. Again, we asked them to surrender their badges in peace and we do not enjoy or wish to waste our time with this matter any longer; the FBI and military will eventually be needed because we know what they are up to and doing. They are the trash of Europe and Christianity; now radical bullies and terrorists. They are also the peace movement and claim no harm or violence. They also claim they hold some special ticket which gives them exclusive access to the highest powers or intrusion in other life and residences. We have a law suit on them and so does the US government. This enemy, doomed church, Europeans, and moles are sympathetic to the communist; fighting Nazis, and want to know if a conspiracy was ongoing to defeat the communist globally. They are hunting the leaders of this so called right wing conspiracy; execute them. What they want is to use peace and anti-war to defeat the military with pluralism, loco vocalism, or crime and corruption. They want and need America as a headquarters and base for operations.
